Thank you Erwan. Resilience was actually what I had in mind, in particular, reduced susceptibility to self-injury :)

Hi Anthony, I honestly cannot answer you, I also train defense (or MMA if you will) and it is part of MovNat.
The probability to injure yourself while training defense is not reduced in my opinion because the parameters that cause injuries are strictly the same, now it is possible that a much broader physical training as the one MovNat offers may strengthen the body in a way that would favor resilience. Now to provide an objective answer one would need a real survey which is very hard to conduct. However the MovNat approach emphasizes proper, natural (from an evolutionary perspective of course) lifestyle including diet, rest, contact with nature etc...which I believe is also a fundamental element in injury-prevnetion.

This is directed toward anyone with experience in MovNat: it's easy to get injured in MMA training (jiu-jitsu, Thai boxing, etc). Do you believe that MovNat reduces susceptibility to injury when you train to defend yourself?

You should talk to Jason about it! ;-)
Just a few days left before our plane leaves with us to Brasil. See you there...

My 18 month old daughter LOVES this song. I am consistently trying to tap into her seemingly endless energy supply to keep playing, running and jumping all day. I can't wait for your "at home" instructional resources to come out. Keep up the great work, and enjoy yourself in Brazil!
