Working as a coach for Wildfitness whose philosophy is on natural human movement and outdoor training, I was intrigued to learn from Erwan and find out more about his take on “Wild” movement. Over the course of 7 days I learned to run, walk, balance, jump, lift etc… with efficiency and fluidity and coach 13 MovNat movement skills in a system that was comprehensive, progressive and best of all fun!
