Clif is a highly skilled athlete with a lifelong passion for sports and fitness.
The son of a diplomat, he grew up all over the world, with residencies in Ghana, Spain, Romania, Australia, Virginia, Saudi Arabia, India, San Diego and Argentina. Clif won athlete of the year at his high school in Ramona, CA. He played junior college basketball, and has since stayed entrenched in different fields of fitness.
A personal trainer for last five years, his desire to continue learning new methods led him to MovNat in the summer of 2010. His experience in West Virginia transformed the way he looked at what fitness could be and what it should be. Having intensely trained under the tutelage of MovNat founder Erwan Le Corre since then, he has joined the MovNat team as an instructor. After having led dozens of one-day workshops and instructed over a thousand of trainees, Clifton has become a Master Instructor and will instruct the upcoming MovNat certification workshops.
Clif holds his BS in Kinesiology from SDSU. He additionally holds the following certifications: ACE personal trainer, CrossFit trainer, and RKC (Russian Kettlebell Cert).
