Lori Crock - Communication Coordinator

Lori is a fitness enthusiast and marketing communicator who turns 50 this year.  She and her husband, two college-age children, and four hunting dogs, live on three acres adjacent to a park in central Ohio where they get lots of time outdoors.

Lori realized very young that she needed to be outside in the sunshine moving around to feel good in the rest of her life.  She describes herself as a life-long lover of movement with a background in swimming, running and more recently lifting weights and kettlebells.

While attending a 5-day MovNat workshop in West Virginia last summer, Lori was surprised to learn how much she didn’t know about movement in different environments … and moving efficiently.

“I went from being a fearful mover to a pretty good mover once I started being mindful and patient with myself and my progress … that was life-changing for me.”

Lori uses MovNat in her everyday life and likes to share it with others … especially those in the 40-60 age group.

“Many of us have limited our movement as we’ve gotten older because we have former sports injuries, we’re out of shape, lack time, confidence, money … and our list of excuses goes on.  But with MovNat, fitness is all new again.”

Lori now combines her passion for marketing communication with her commitment to MovNat in her role as Communication Coordinator on the MovNat editorial team.

“This is a dream come true for me.”
