Two different seminars for two different audiences.  One called Reawakening and one called Expansion.  Details below.

_instruction in essential techniques in the 12 natural capacities of movement (walking, running, jumping, balancing, moving on all fours, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, swimming and defending)

_opportunist training: how to train anywhere, anytime
_breathing techniques
_injury-prevention

Reminder: the practice of MovNat is fully scalable and suits any individual regardless of experience, condition or gender.

‘Reawakening’ Program:

picture-18You feel really out of shape and want to learn how to move naturally, efficiently and injury-free. MovNat inspires you, but you feel a bit intimidated by the idea of practicing natural movement.

This course will fully adapt to your personal possibilities and will help you to gradually build self-confidence through basic MovNat conditioning training.

You will train with friendly people who just like you have decided to reawaken and reconnect to their True Nature.

Self-assessment: none. Come as you are. If you have nagging injuries, we will work around them.

‘Expansion’ Program:

picture-20You are physically active and consider yourself fit to very fit and want to expand your training regimen and make it more functional and real.

You are looking for a comprehensive training system designed to prepare you to real-world challenges and acquire practical and adaptive movement skills.

By attending this course, you will have the opportunity to optimize, broaden and equalize your natural movement skills and to experience the primal and natural feel of the MovNat practice.

Self-assessment for this course:
You can run 10 kilometers (a 10k) in under 50 minutes easily (an 8 minute mile pace)
You can easily perform 10 explosive pull-ups in a row
You can deadlift more than your own bodyweight
You can comfortably swim freestyle and backstroke
You have some martial art experience
You have some barefoot experience
You don’t have injuries to work around
You can hold your breath at least 1′30″
You don’t suffer from vertigo
You have no serious health issues

_duration: 5 days, 4 days of actual training, several training sessions per day.
_ group size: 12 people maximum.
_3 paleo-diet meals a day
_accommodation: individual tents
_location: Summersville Lake Retreat, West Virginia, USA
_price: $1490.00 all-inclusive (excluding flights but including transportation from Charleston airport to the site and back)
