MovNat Will Change You: Commentary by Instructor, Kellen Milad

As a team instructor for MovNat, every weekend is an adventure.  This past weekend was no exception as I journeyed to a new frontier – Vancouver, British Columbia.  I am becoming quite comfortable in unfamiliar settings, but I admit I was a little nervous about this trip to Canada. I mean, Tim Horton’s, hockey (actually

One-day Workshops: Santa Barbara, Atlanta and Miami

Week two of the MovNat spring 2011 one-day workshop tour saw me travel to Santa Barbara for our most intimate group-3 great participants.  It’s a shame that we didn’t have more because the location was great for some MovNatting.  I’ve got to get back to that small but gorgeous city and explore.

After my trip to

MovNat, the future of physical education?

So MovNat…is it Methode Naturelle with just a different name?

Not at all!

It would be a very simplistic shortcut to imagine that the sole change is found in the name. Despite being inspired by Methode Naturelle, MovNat is both a training system and an approach of its own, that remodels and renovates the former.

What happened?

In fact,
