Open to all fitness levels
The practice of MovNat is fully scalable and suits any individual regardless of experience. Our workshops are open to all fitness levels and beginners are welcome!
What you will learn
You will have the opportunity to train first-hand with a MovNat Team Instructor and take your fitness training to new heights. This 7 hours initiation course (14 for 2-day workshops) will introduce you to all the fundamentals* that will allow you to get started with your own MovNat training.
They will cover:
- The MovNat approach.
- Movement efficiency principles and perception drills.
- Essential techniques and movement variations in walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching.
- Combo training.
- Tips on implementing MovNat training in your life.
*One-Day and 2-Day workshops do not cover defense or swimming. Depending on weather conditions, workshops can be held either indoors or outdoors.
