Przemek Martyniak
Team Instructor
Having experienced firsthand the effects of a more sedentary lifestyle, Przemek quickly recognized how powerful Natural Movement could be as an antidote. What began as personal exploration gradually became a much broader shift in how he approached physical capability. Instead of training simply for performance or fitness, he began developing the kind of strength, mobility, coordination, adaptability, and confidence that could be applied in the real world.

Become a teacher, but always remain a student.

Over time, that personal transformation naturally led him toward teaching. Przemek found that helping others rediscover their own physical potential was just as rewarding as improving his own movement. Few things give him more satisfaction than seeing the spark in a student’s eyes when they accomplish something they previously believed was beyond their ability. Whether it is completing a challenging movement, overcoming hesitation, or simply becoming more confident in their body, those moments continue to reinforce why he teaches.
His teaching focuses not only on developing strength and movement skills, but also on helping people become more adaptable, resilient, and comfortable using their bodies in different environments. For Przemek, physical capability is not about performing impressive movements for their own sake. It is about developing a body that is useful, confident, and prepared for the demands of real life.
Przemek is also a husband and a father, which gives his work another layer of meaning. An important part of his motivation to practice and teach MovNat comes from a sense of responsibility to model something positive for the younger generation. He wants children to see that adulthood does not have to mean becoming physically cautious, disconnected, or incapable.
Instead, he believes adults can continue to move naturally, explore their environment, challenge themselves, and maintain a strong relationship with their physical abilities throughout life. By practicing and teaching MovNat, Przemek hopes to demonstrate what natural, capable, confident, and unafraid movement can look like in an adult body—and to encourage others to rediscover that same potential in themselves.
