From ages 7 to 30, he practiced a wide range of physical disciplines, including athletics, climbing, tennis, and volleyball, alongside several years of traditional martial arts. His athletic journey began early, completing his first triathlon at just 8 years old. This diverse background developed not only his physical capacity but also a broad understanding of movement across environments and contexts.

Natural movement has always been part of who I am — it’s how I grew up, and it’s what I now share with others.

Alongside his physical pursuits, he followed a traditional academic path, studying biology and agronomy in France before specializing in agroecology in England, where he met his Canadian wife. He then traveled to Japan, Chile, and back to France, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable land practices. Upon returning, he founded and led a natural gardening and landscaping business for ten years, blending ecological principles with practical application.
In 2020, he co-founded a Montessori school with a group of friends and took on the role of physical education teacher. Driven to move beyond conventional sports models, he discovered the natural method of physical education—an approach that immediately resonated with his background. Over three years, he applied this method with students aged 6 to 18, witnessing significant improvements in their engagement, confidence, and overall development. Since then, he has been actively working to expand natural movement in France through teacher training, coach education, and immersive events such as family summer camps.

Through this work, he connected with MovNat, completing Level 1 and 2 certifications in France in 2023, and Level 3 in Austria in 2024. MovNat has strengthened and refined his approach, offering a structured system that complements the natural method. He also completed a tree climbing masterclass with Leo Urban, further deepening his practical skills. Today, he is fully committed and motivated to contribute to the MovNat team and continue expanding the reach and impact of natural movement.
MovNat expanded my vision — it complements the natural method and helps me share it more effectively.
