Team Instructor
Linus grew up in a village in the Swedish forest, surrounded by nature and endless opportunities to explore. His youth was filled with adventure — climbing trees, running through the woods, and playing outdoors. Moving naturally was simply a part of life.
As he transitioned into adulthood and settled in Stockholm, city life became the norm. He spent time working out in gyms but soon found himself longing for that deep connection with nature he had as a child. Rock climbing became his bridge back — a way to relive the joy of climbing trees. In 2018, he came across the well-known YouTube video “The Workout the World Forgot”, and instantly felt drawn to MovNat. From that moment, he knew it was something he had to explore.
Since then, he has embraced natural movement fully — walking and running barefoot, training in both gym settings and the outdoors. Over time, as he practiced mostly alone, the desire to share movement with others grew stronger. This led him to complete his MovNat Level 1+2 certification in Gothenburg in 2023. Even then, he knew in his heart that this path was meant to be more than a personal journey. He wanted to become a MovNat Coach — someone who brings people together, encourages natural movement, helps others overcome obstacles, face fears, and build a sense of community through movement.
In 2024, he achieved his MovNat Level 3 certification in Étréchy with Erwan. During a long layover on the way home, he found time to reflect deeply on the experience. It became clear that he wanted to dedicate himself fully to this path — to become a MovNat Team Instructor and, one day, host his own certification events, sharing the movement and philosophy that transformed his own life.
