My goal is simple: To increase the entrepreneurial agility of every MovNat Certified Trainer. It’s

What Is the Intro Workshop?
The MovNat Intro Workshop is a 3-hour experience designed to introduce participants to Natural
Movement through Level 1 skills. This is foundational. You are not teaching Level 2 or Level 3
skills. You are not running a certification.
You are introducing:
● Ground movement
● Crawling
● Balancing
● Lifting & carrying
● Jumping fundamentals
● Movement exploration principles
It’s accessible. It’s welcoming. It’s powerful. And it’s one of the best ways to bring new people
into movement safely and intelligently.
How MovNat Supports You
We’ve streamlined the entire process. Here’s what we now handle:
● Hosting your workshop on our website.
● Processing payments
● Assisting with marketing exposure
● Collaborative promotion on social media
● Sharing your workshop through our channels
We take 30% to cover processing, marketing, and platform support. You keep 70%. The
workshop is standardized at $125 per participant. You focus on teaching. We help you fill the
room.
